Bechem United head coach, Ocansey Mingle has expressed delight with his sides win over “boogey side” Elmina Sharks.

Goals from Yaw Dasi and Francis Twene in the first and second half respectively secured the Hunters all three points.

Speaking to the press after the game Mingle said, “It wasn’t a bad performance in the first half though the team improved in the second half.

We were making hasty decisions to try get the first goal of the game and that cost us to give the ball away needlessly a couple of times.

“They (Elmina Sharks) have become our boogey side. They have drawn the last two games against us here at home. We had to crawl back from three goals down last season to get a draw against them.

“We attached importance to it to ensure we grab the win and after the team calmed down we dominated the game, he added.” The Hunters occupy currently the 4th position on the league log going into the fourth week of the 2021-22 Ghana Premier league season.
